USPS,FedEx,and DHL will need to pay for extra shipping cost, detail amount will show on checkout page.

International Tracking Information:
We do our very best to provide detailed tracking for international orders,
*Please note that some countries will not be available for detailed tracking services. However, we will do what we can to provide tracking and information to receive your international order.

International Customs Fees + Taxes:
Any international orders may incur a Customs fee. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Any collection of Customs fees goes to your government, not our store Because of this, we advise that you check with your country’s Customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Lost / Stolen Packages:
When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are NOT responsible for incorrect address that do not get delivered properly. We are also NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, please ensure that your delivery address is safe and secure and/ or there is someone you trust at the destination when placing an order with us. Once delivery is confirmed with our Carrier Partners (UPS/USPS/FedEx) the package is out of our hands.
